Lead and mentor a cross-functional DevOps/Platform team; set goals.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines; enforce release standards and rollbacks.
Define and manage IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Own cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP or hybrid); capacity planning and cost optimization.
Automate build, test, deployment, monitoring, and incident response; evaluate tooling.
Define SLAs/SLOs; observability and post-incident reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering; 2+ years in people manager/lead role.
Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; multi-account/multi-region architectures.
Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar.
Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE); Helm, Kustomize.
