DevOps Engineer - Latam

📋 Description

• Manage Kubernetes infra on cloud; maintain Vault and Consul.
• Build AWS infra with IaC; automate provisioning, config, deploy.
• Collaborate with teams to align deployment needs; guide infra/DevOps.
• Monitor performance; improve scalability, availability, security.
• Identify and resolve infra issues: bottlenecks, network, security.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery with backups and failover.
• Enforce security: access controls, encryption, vulnerability mgmt.
• Audit systems; document configurations and procedures.
• Stay current with tech trends; evaluate impact on infra/DevOps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise for deploying, scaling, and managing containers.
• Extensive Vault and Consul knowledge; secrets and service discovery.
• Scripting/automation with Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• IaC with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong networking, protocols, and security concepts.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes/Hashicorp certs or related certs.
• Nice to have: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk monitoring.
• Nice to have: Docker Swarm or OpenShift.
• Nice to have: Istio/service mesh knowledge.
• Nice to have: Agile DevOps methodologies.
