Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability; proactively resolve issues.
Strengthen platform security with access control, secrets, vulnerability management.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to enable reliable releases.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DevOps/Platform/SRE/Infra roles.
3+ years leading small engineering teams or initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
Strong AWS hands-on (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, RDS) and security.
Docker, container deployments; CI/CD with GitLab; Jira.
IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation; observability and reliability.
