• Own the on-premise infrastructure that the MFT and MFT Enterprise demo environments run on.
• Keep CI/CD pipelines green across both products.
• Build the Kubernetes-based on-premise deployment foundation for MFT Enterprise.
• Ensure knowledge is shared; document runbooks and cross-train teammates.
• Use AI agents to automate repetitive ops work; generate scripts, configs, runbooks.
• Own infra-related escalations; diagnose incidents quickly and implement systemic fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-Native Fluency: AI agents as core ops tools; show real work driving velocity.
• CI/CD Expertise: 3+ years building/maintaining pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity) at production scale.
• Kubernetes Proficiency: Deploying and maintaining Kubernetes on-prem environments.
• Infrastructure as Code: 2+ years with Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
• Reliability Mindset: Own incidents, post-mortems, and systemic improvements.
• Security-hardened infrastructure: Apply security controls, least-privilege access.
