Lead a DevOps team building cloud/Kubernetes platforms across AWS/GCP/private cloud
Own day-to-day execution and evolution of platform capabilities
Design and implement infra automation pipelines and provisioning
Mentor team; drive KPIs and growth; ensure security and scale
Collaborate with platform teams to streamline workflows
Handle on-call duties for production systems (occasional)

🎯 Requirements

3+ years hands-on technical leadership in large-scale
5+ years running production workloads (Private/AWS/GCP)
IaC: Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation
Config mgmt: Chef, Ansible; AWX/Tower
Kubernetes + microservices; Bash/PowerShell/Python
Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK; Linux admin
