Own the DevOps dimension end-to-end: CI/CD, IaC, observability, security.
You participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions to shape direction.
Proactively surface opportunities for improvement and champion innovations.
Work closely with development teams to embed DevOps best practices.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality.

🎯 Requirements

Tu es passionné et orienté résultats, capable de prioriser et trancher rapidement.
Tu parles anglais et français fonctionnels en contexte professionnel.
Tu as une solide expérience back-end avec Elixir, .NET ou Python.
Tu as une expérience DevOps avec AWS ou Azure, Terraform, Docker et GitHub Actions.
Tu comprends sécurité, observabilité et maintenabilité des systèmes.
Tu maîtrises les bases de l'IA et les outils IA (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
