  • Build, modify, and troubleshoot test equipment (fluid, mechanical, data/control, instrumentation)
  • Fabricate high-pressure fluid panels, plumbing, hydraulic manifolds, tubing routing
  • Install instrumentation, route harnesses, troubleshoot wiring
  • Build, operate, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems (pumps, actuators, servos, winches)
  • Assemble/test articles; structural fabrication, leak detection, NDT, instrumentation install
  • Rigging and crane operations for test equipment and articles
  • Build/modify data and control systems for test stands with thousands of channels
  • Maintain, calibrate, monitor, test, troubleshoot instrumentation, DAQ, controls, electrical systems
  • Participate in test ops: high-pressure, hazardous, cryogenic fluids

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in mechanical/fluid systems, instrumentation, data/control, or test ops
  • Associate degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
  • A&P license
  • MS Office, Teamcenter, NX
  • Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, specs, blueprints
  • Experience with aerospace testing
  • Airframe structural repair experience
  • Hydraulic plumbing repair/fabrication
  • Nondestructive inspection equipment/techniques
  • Precision measuring instruments
  • Fittings knowledge (NPT, MS, AN, Swagelok)
  • Fasteners knowledge (hi-lok, rivets, NAS, MS, SAE)
  • Harness fabrication for aerospace or military
  • Data acquisition and controls concepts, hardware, interfacing (NI PXI / cSeries, PLC)
  • Fabrication of data/control systems (junction boxes, rack mounts)
  • Electrical tools: oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, crimpers
  • Troubleshooting instrumentation systems
  • DC power supplies, distribution, DC-DC converters, UPS
  • Analog/digital instrumentation (load cells, transducers, strain gauges, encoders, accelerometers)
  • Ground support equipment fabrication/modification in aerospace
  • Rigging, cranes, lift operations
  • ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for authorization
