🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • 5+ years in real estate development with entitlement and permitting.
  • Experience with self-storage or industrial development preferred.
  • Familiarity with Southern California entitlement and permitting processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management tools.
