• Keeps project schedule and guides team through project phases.
• Collaborates across immediate and partner teams.
• Manages disciplines: artists, designers, engineers, QA, staff.
• Partners with production to ensure on-time, quality, within budget.
• Leads mentorship and staff development.
• Drives studio-wide process improvements and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or PM certification; Agile focus.
• 8+ years project management in entertainment or software.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with people management.
• Experience with JIRA and resource management tools.
• Deep understanding of games-as-a-service business model.
• Strong communication and change management; prioritization.
