📋 Description

  • Quickly learn the functional aspects of Aera’s product line
  • Work on customer issues with QA, App Development, Engineering, and Product
  • Gather information systematically and perform root-cause analysis
  • Communicate status of issues and project items; own ticket lifecycle
  • Respect defined SLAs with each customer

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience; BS in technical field or equivalent
  • Log analysis and performance troubleshooting
  • Experience with SQL, REST API, SSO, Unix, Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL and DB performance optimization
  • Familiar with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence
  • ETL and data-warehouse concepts experience
