Developer Advocate

📋 Description

• SME on Argo CD and Kargo; align OSS discussions.
• Create and deliver talks at conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Engage developers across forums, GitHub, meetups, and events.
• Produce technical content: blogs, tutorials, demos, videos.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface developer feedback.
• Champion community growth by building relationships and nurturing an inclusive user base.

🎯 Requirements

Must Have

• 3–5 years as software developer, platform engineer, SRE, or DevOps engineer.
• 5–10 years total experience, ideally in B2B SaaS startups (Seed to Series C).
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and open-source ecosystems.
• Proven ability to engage technical audiences through events, webinars, or trainings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for community building and developer advocacy.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on familiarity with Argo CD (can be learned in role).
• Experience with Kargo or similar deployment tools.
• Knowledge of CNCF, KubeCon, and open-source community dynamics.
• Prior experience creating SDKs, sample code, or developer documentation.
