📋 Description

  • Provide first- and second-tier desktop hardware/software support on campus
  • Troubleshoot classroom tech, printing, and network issues
  • Configure and maintain desktop deployment images
  • Manage and update tickets in the IT ticketing system
  • Explain technical solutions clearly to faculty, staff, and students
  • Onsite work Monday–Friday in Fresno, CA

🎯 Requirements

  • Format, install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops/laptops
  • MS Office Suite and/or Google apps
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year related PC hardware/AV tech experience
  • Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple tasks
