  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network for Mexico peers.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and AV equipment.
  • Respond promptly to IT tickets and resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Maintain infrastructure with IT team: servers, networks, and software systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance: updates, patches, and backups for security and stability.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years IT support and desktop/help desk experience.
  • Airwatch/Workspace One MDM proficiency.
  • Google Workspace and Trend AV antivirus.
  • BeyondTrust privileged access management.
  • Remote desktop tools; ConnectWise and Jira Service Desk.
  • Multi-OS provisioning/re-imaging: Windows, Linux, MacOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android.
