🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in desktop support or helpdesk.
  • Technical: Windows and macOS, Active Directory, Office 365, basic networking.
  • Tools: Imaging tools, remote support software, ServiceNow, Remedy.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving.
  • Security/Compliance: Public Trust eligibility; follow DOL/federal IT security standards.
