📋 Description

  • Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support for in-office, remote, and global users
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot laptops, devices, printers, and OS
  • Research and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and app issues quickly
  • Support SaaS apps, user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Assess needs for new tools and software; recommend workflow improvements
  • Assist with collaboration and AI tools; provide basic troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, help desk, or a similar IT role
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting users in a SaaS-based environment
  • Experience working with remote, distributed, and global teams
  • Working knowledge of Windows and common desktop productivity tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in plain language
