- Hardware diagnostics and repair: desktops, laptops, printers.
- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi); security basics.
- Remote support tools: Remote Desktop, Splashtop.
- Strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
