🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS; ITIL foundation preferred.
- 3-5 years of remote and in-person user support.
- Must have valid CADL and be able to travel.
- Windows and Mac iOS expert; ServiceNow and Azure AD; On-Prem knowledge.
- Hardware peripherals diagnostics/repair; VPN issues.
- Remote support tools: Remote Desktop, Splashtop.
