Provide comprehensive IT support for employees in a global Apple Mac environment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues from new user setup to ongoing inquiries.
Collaborate with a worldwide team to support Apple devices, user access, networking and IT tasks.
Continuously optimize IT systems and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
Travel domestically and internationally for events and coverage as needed.
Contribute to onboarding and IT user training for new joiners.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT support.
Advanced/fluent English.
Experience supporting MacOS corporate devices managed by JAMF or similar.
Linux experience is a plus.
Proficient with shell or terminal for admin tasks and basic filesystem navigation.
Experience administering internal services such as Google Suite, Zoom, Okta and LDAP.
