📋 Description

  • Frontline on-site support for hardware, software, and peripherals on Windows and MacOS
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices through Intune and JAMF
  • Support productivity tools: Office, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
  • Troubleshoot OS, apps, networking, and authentication issues
  • Manage accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft 365
  • Collaborate with APAC, Europe, and US teams for a consistent user/admin experience

🎯 Requirements

  • Qualifications in IT or Engineering with strong results, or relevant experience
  • 1-3 years in Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or similar IT role
  • Hardware troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • MDM administration: JAMF, Intune, Workspace ONE
  • Active Directory and Windows 11 troubleshooting and configuration
  • Passion for technology and ability to learn new tech
  • Strong communication to support users of varying skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
