- MDM administration: JAMF, Intune, Workspace ONE
- Active Directory and Windows 11 troubleshooting and configuration
- Passion for technology and ability to learn new tech
- Strong communication to support users of varying skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
