📋 Description

  • Provide remote L2 support for VDI, O365/Exchange, identity/access, printers, and mobility.
  • Administer Intune for device management and compliance; install and troubleshoot standard and non-standard apps.
  • Provision devices across Windows, mobile, virtual, and physical form factors; ensure patching and endpoint security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for escalations; document issues and SOPs; 24x7 shift rotation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in desktop or end-user support, with remote troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of AD, VDI, O365, Exchange, IAM, networking, and firewalls.
  • Experience with device management tools and application deployment.
  • Familiarity with printer and mobility device support.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Modern Desktop).
  • Ready to work 24x7 shift rotation.
