📋 Description

  • Tackle high-level escalations and maintain SLA targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT or 4 years related experience.
  • A+ Certification.
  • Preferred: Network+ Certification.
  • Preferred: Desktop Support Analyst I experience.
  • Background check and valid driver’s license.
