📋 Description

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
  • Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
  • Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
  • Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
  • Document processes and create knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or 4 years equivalent work exp
  • A+ Certification required
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
