Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
Document processes and create knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or 4 years equivalent work exp
A+ Certification required
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiar with Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication
Valid driver’s license and background check clearance
