  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person.
  • Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications.
  • Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
  • Perform updates: Microsoft security patches, antivirus signatures, and other software updates.
  • Document processes and create knowledge base articles for self-service.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, IT, or related field OR 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • A+ Certification required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, customer service focused, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
