- Bachelorโs degree in computer science, IT, or related field OR 4 years of equivalent experience.
- A+ Certification required.
- Intermediate knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, customer service focused, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
