📋 Description

• Own setup, onboarding, offboarding, and day-one provisioning.
• Manage day-to-day IT requests and candidate work-tests environments.
• Embedded with the Tech team; own the employee lifecycle end-to-end.
• Proactively improve IT processes rather than just maintain.
• On-site role based in the Collingwood office.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong macOS setup, troubleshooting, and handover skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Methodical approach; gather info first, document findings.
• Explain issues clearly without making users feel silly.
• Genuine service instinct; care about the person waiting.
• Desktop support or helpdesk experience, or IT studies.
• Maintains composure with multiple tasks and details.
