  • Daily client interface and service delivery.
  • Represent IntelliDyne in client engagements.
  • Resolve hardware, software, or connection issues.
  • Support desktop and laptop users; resolve MS Office, Adobe, Roxio issues.
  • Phone and in-person support for email, LAN/WAN, AD, and desktop images.
  • Serve as initial IT contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, passwords, and printers.

🎯 Requirements

  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II/III cert (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree +4 yrs tech support, or HS +8 yrs.
  • Minimum 4 yrs enterprise experience in gov/commercial.
  • Active DOD Public Trust or higher.
  • Familiar with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Workstation administration, imaging, and AD account admin.
