  • Daily client interface.
  • Represent IntelliDyne in client engagements.
  • Address hardware, software, or connection issues.
  • Support desktops and laptops; fix MS Office, Adobe, and Roxio.
  • Ensure backup, recovery, and data restoration during upgrades or problems.
  • Serve as first contact for IT issues: hardware, software, passwords, printers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (Security+ CE).
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years tech support, or HS with 8 years.
  • Minimum 4 years enterprise experience in government or commercial environment.
  • Active DOD Public Trust or higher.
  • Familiar with MS Office and MS Project.
  • Workstation imaging and basic network support including Active Directory.
