๐ฏ Requirements
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years technical support experience, or HS degree with 8 years technical support experience
- Minimum 4 years enterprise experience in government or commercial environments
- Must have an active DOD Public Trust or higher
- Familiar with MS Office and MS Project; basic workstation imaging
- Basic network support including Active Directory account administration
