๐ฏ Requirements
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years tech support or HS with 8 years
- Minimum 4 years enterprise experience in government or commercial envs
- Active DOD Public Trust or higher
- Familiar with MS Office and MS Project; workstation imaging
- Preferred: ITIL Foundations v4; Remedy/ServiceNow or other ticketing software
