  • Daily client interface
  • Represent IntelliDyne in client engagements
  • Address hardware, software or connection issues
  • Support desktop and laptop users; fix MS Office, Adobe, Roxio apps
  • Resolve problems through user education and direct assistance
  • Assist with backup, recovery and data restoration during upgrades

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years tech support or HS with 8 years
  • Minimum 4 years enterprise experience in government or commercial envs
  • Active DOD Public Trust or higher
  • Familiar with MS Office and MS Project; workstation imaging
  • Preferred: ITIL Foundations v4; Remedy/ServiceNow or other ticketing software
