Own end-to-end design of Link and Bridge from strategy to delivery
Drive clarity in ambiguous briefs by synthesizing user needs, goals, and constraints
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, content design, brand, and PM
Partner with engineering to ensure design intent carries through to final implementation
Develop and advance design systems and components for scale
Apply visual and interaction standards across surfaces

🎯 Requirements

5–7 years of design experience in web, product marketing, or branding
Strong portfolio showing visual craft, systems thinking, leadership
Own end-to-end projects in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems
Fluency with AI design tools for ideation and prototyping
Experience designing CMS-driven websites with modular systems
