🎯 Requirements

6+ years in design, with focus on performance marketing/paid social
Exceptional taste for premium visuals
Strong typography, composition, color, hierarchy, storytelling
Expert in Figma: components, variables, Figma Buzz
Experience scaling design systems at scale
Highly autonomous; can own from brief to final asset
Portfolio demonstrates craft and commercial instinct
