Guide the design process and collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent.
Lead design, documentation, and coordination from concept through Construction Administration.
Respond to submittals during the Construction Administration phase.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design.
Bachelor's degree or Technical College degree/certificate in interior architecture related program.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
Proficiency in Revit / BIM 360; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp; knowledge of Enscape and Lumion.
Advanced knowledge of building code.
