- BIM coordination leadership; clash detection and cross-discipline resolution
- Advanced Revit; Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub
- Industry certifications preferred: EIT, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP, PE
