📋 Description

• Lead modeling, coordination, and documentation across projects.
• Apply TEECOM BIM standards with independence.
• Deliver advanced modeling, drawings, and early engineering support.
• Maintain model health; enforce standards and docs.
• Identify risks early; guide coordination.
• Refine workflows; contribute to GitHub docs and PRs.
• Lead or support coordination meetings; document actions.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years in AEC with Revit, modeling, and docs across projects.
• Experience delivering telecom/ICT, AV, security, or networks preferred.
• Experience leading BIM coordination, clash detection, cross-discipline resolution.
• Maintain model health and coordinate across production teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; manage multiple projects.
• Advanced Revit; Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, M365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Industry certifications preferred (EIT, CDT, CTS, PSP/CPP, PE).
