📋 Description

• Lead modeling strategy and coordination within your discipline.
• Own modeling, documentation, and early engineering work.
• Prepare coordinated views, calculations, and specs for engineers.
• Ensure model health, manage links and worksets, resolve issues.
• Apply TEECOM BIM standards; contribute improvements via PRs.
• Support engineers and guide Designer I/II teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
• 4+ years in AEC with Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction docs.
• Experience leading BIM coordination, clash detection, and cross-discipline resolution.
• Advanced Revit; Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Industry certifications preferred (EIT, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP, PE).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.
