Designer II

📋 Description

• Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepare design visuals and 3D renderings for presentations.
• Contribute to BIM model production and related deliverables.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and participate in project meetings.
• May take on leadership on project issues and topics.
• Review shop drawings with guidance from the Project Architect and participate in site visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong creative design portfolio.
• Strong communication, teamwork, presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience with real-time rendering/3D tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray).
• Grasshopper and Dynamo experience; US registration and LEED preferred.
