๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years of support and networking experience, incl. firewalls
- Strong understanding of network and application protocols for troubleshooting
- GRE/IPSec configuration and troubleshooting; PAC files
- Wireshark, traceroute, MTR and similar tools for fault isolation
- Authentication (SAML, Kerberos), HTTP methods, and tools like Fiddler; IPv4/IPv6, DNS
- Forward Proxy and cloud envs (AWS, Azure) โ preferred
- Firewall and VPN/Zero Trust environments experience
- Experience across Linux, Windows, and macOS
