  • Interface with Engineering to assist testing or troubleshooting
  • Reproduce customer issues and provide feedback to Engineering

  • Understand product direction and customer use-cases; input on product changes

  • 5+ years in support and networking
  • Strong understanding of network protocols for troubleshooting
  • GRE and IPSec configuration/troubleshooting; PAC files
  • Proficient with Wireshark, traceroute, MTR
  • SAML, Kerberos, HTTP methods, DNS; Fiddler
  • Plus: Forward Proxy and cloud (AWS/Azure); Linux/Windows/macOS
