- Provide second-line phone/email consultation to debug complex security/network problems.
- Interface with Engineering to assist customers with testing or troubleshooting.
- Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering.
- Document incident resolutions in our technical support knowledge base.
- Provide input on product direction based on customer use-cases.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of support and networking experience, including general firewalls and packet filtering troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of common network and application protocols and behaviors to facilitate troubleshooting.
- Experience in GRE and IPSec configuration and troubleshooting; PAC files and their use cases.
- Proficient in network troubleshooting using Wireshark, traceroute, MTR, and similar tools.
- Deep experience with Authentication (SAML, Kerberos), HTTP methods, Fiddler, IPv4/IPv6, DNS.
