  • Provide second-line phone/email support to debug complex security and network problems
  • Interface with Engineering to assist testing and troubleshooting
  • Reproduce customer issues to verify problems and provide feedback to Engineering/Operations
  • Create entries in the tech support database documenting incident resolutions not in the knowledge base
  • Understand product direction and customer use-cases; advise on product and code changes

  • 5+ years of support and networking experience, including firewall and packet filtering
  • Strong understanding of network and application protocols for troubleshooting
  • GRE and IPSec configuration and troubleshooting; PAC files knowledge
  • Proficient with Wireshark, traceroute, MTR for fault isolation
  • Deep experience with Authentication (SAML, Kerberos), HTTP methods, and tools like Fiddler
  • Forward Proxy and cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
