- Strong understanding of network and application protocols for troubleshooting
- GRE and IPSec configuration and troubleshooting; PAC files knowledge
- Proficient with Wireshark, traceroute, MTR for fault isolation
- Deep experience with Authentication (SAML, Kerberos), HTTP methods, and tools like Fiddler
- Forward Proxy and cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
