Develop and refine policies, procedures, and systems to streamline ops and reduce risk.
Supervise Regional Brokers and licensed agents, including mentorship and training.
Organize ongoing training to keep agents updated on trends and legal changes.
Collaborate with leadership to align regional operations with goals and respond to audits.

🎯 Requirements

Active broker license with CE in real estate, management, and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of state real estate laws, standards, and compliance.
Proven leadership in brokerage operations and agent mentorship.
Proficiency with real estate software and technology platforms.
Minimum 5 years real estate experience with supervisory role.
Ability to travel within your region as needed.
