Serve as the primary point of contact for state real estate commissions and regulatory bodies.
Ensure all brokerage activities, including marketing and transactions, comply with laws.
Develop and refine policies and procedures to streamline operations and mitigate risks.
Supervise and mentor Regional Brokers and licensed agents.
Organize ongoing training on industry trends, legal updates, and company policies.
Collaborate with leadership to align regional operations with goals and respond to audits.

🎯 Requirements

Active real estate broker license with ongoing education in real estate/compliance.
Deep knowledge of state real estate laws and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership in brokerage operations and agent mentorship.
Experience managing high-volume agents in a fast-paced brokerage.
Travel within the region as needed.
Bachelor's degree preferred; real estate designations a plus.
