🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years designing a complex B2B system/desktop products.
- 3+ years designing and implementing design systems; leading teams.
- Experience with global cross-functional teams: UX, PM, Engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver iteratively in a fast-paced env.
- Experience in user testing and research methods (qual/quant).
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Portfolio demonstrating design system expertise (MUST share).
