🎯 Requirements

Professional experience in Graphic Design or related field
Diverse portfolio across logos, merchandise, marketing, stationery
Strong knowledge of design principles and current visual trends
Experience using AI tools and crafting prompts for visuals
Self-management, clear communication, availability 9 AM-1 PM German time for team syncs
Fluent spoken and written English required
