🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design and or Creative recruiting in high-growth startups.
• Track record filling Product Design and Creative roles across levels including leadership.
• Full-stack recruiter capable of end-to-end candidate management.
• Sourcing focused; build relationships with passive talent.
• Highly organized; manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven; measure pipeline health and champion diversity hiring.
