- Confident using ATS (Greenhouse) and translating data into action.
- Balance strategic goals with an excellent candidate experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Passion for building diverse, equitable teams.
- Comfortable working across time zones and adapting as priorities evolve.
