Design Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence across the Design Studio: clarity and alignment.
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and sequence work.
• Manage planning cycles, scoping, resourcing, timelines, and dependencies.
• Oversee the evolution of the Whatnot Design System across teams.
• Facilitate standups, reviews, crits, and cross-functional syncs.
• Build scalable processes to improve how the studio operates.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Design Operations, Program Management, or equivalent.
• A track record delivering design solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder design projects in consumer tech.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive consensus.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with design systems is a strong plus.
