📋 Description

• Strategic/operational partner to the VP of Data Center Design, driving execution and alignment.
• Coordinate complex design programs and ensure clear cross-team communication.
• Translate technical work into clear, actionable updates for leadership.
• Blend data center design fluency with strong program management responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• 4+ years of experience in data center design, MEP engineering, or technical data center infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-project portfolios or complex engineering programs
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems and design documentation workflows
• Experience supporting project tracking, milestone management, and executive-level reporting
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Excel)
