🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years of DesignOps or Design Program Management, or ops-minded Product Designer.
- Experience supporting cross-team collaboration, rituals, and operational programs for designers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams, details, and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of product design workflows, lifecycle, and Figma daily use.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with advanced Figma features (auto layout, components, variables).
