🎯 Requirements

• Led or scaled Design Operations, Creative Operations, or similar.
• Built systems that measurably improve velocity, quality, and alignment.
• Partnered with senior design leadership on org planning and rhythms.
• Cross-functional instincts across Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Implemented tools/workflows that drive operational efficiency at scale.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to build 0→1 and evolve systems.
