🎯 Requirements

6+ years in creative direction; 9+ years in strategy, IA, or web design.
Leadership in driving strategic thinking for digital experiences.
Portfolio: design systems, microsites, Figma libraries, WebGL, CSS art.
Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, balance, proportion.
Advanced HTML and CSS; ability to lead designers and engineers.
Move quickly on new projects while delivering long-term roadmaps.
Experience at global scale; localization strategy.
Proven ability to document front-end/IA designs with visuals.
